In December 2018, New Year’s concerts were held in Russian International School. Pupils had prepared for it a whole month. Every day there were after-school rehearsals, additional music and dance lessons, active practice, and the creation of costumes.

New Year’s concerts are extracurricular activities for all pupils to participate in. Each pupil has their own role at the show, in which they can perform in front of their parents and classmates. We create a new, interesting scenario for each event and invite stage managers and choreographers to help children prepare for the event. So, each event is more cheerful, brighter and more interesting than the previous one.

Joint rehearsals don’t just provide opportunities for preparation but, more importantly, they also unite the school community.

This year, pupils prepared a several new dance numbers, colorful choreographic performances, and put on a play.
