The academic programme of the kindergarten is aimed at diversifying the personality of the child. The formation of the childs leadership qualities, creativity, communicative and other abilities begins in early preschool age, and on how well the child gets on at school, his further successes in training largely depend on this.

The Russian programme of kindergarten RIS corresponds to the norms of the FEDERAL STATE EDUCATIONAL STANDARD OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION and is supplemented with approved author's developments and methods aimed at comprehensive, harmonious development of the child's personality.

The methodical basis of the training course is a combination of several programmes, the main one being the "Kindergarten Education and Training Program" (edited by Vasilyeva MA, Gerbova VV, Komarova TS), recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Federation and prepared - taking into account the latest achievements of modern science and practice of domestic preschool education.

At the forefront of this programme is the developing function of education, which ensures the formation of the child's personality and to reveals their individual characteristics.

In addition, within the framework of their work, teachers and educators of the kindergarten use the materials of the educational system "School 2100", created under the guidance and with the direct participation of the Russian Academy of Education, which have passed many years of approbation and has proved very effective.

In the nursery and junior groups of the kindergarten, the well-known system of Maria Montessori is used to actively develop fine motor skills and sensors.

In the framework of the fundamental preparation for the school, our specialists primarily work on the development of higher mental functions, such as voluntary attention, programming and control skills, the formation of spatial representations, etc. For this, unique neuropsychological programmes developed by the professors of Moscow State University are used. Lomonoso; taking into account the features of the maturation of the child's brain.

Much attention is paid to academic skills and skills (such as mastering the basics of writing and reading, reading, developing speech, and mathematics). The teachers do not forget the development of creative abilities and imagination of the children. Non-standard thinking in kindergarten RIS is developed with the help of technology TRIZ (the theory of solving inventive problems).

Children diligently, patiently and persistently engage in every activity, if this is interesting for them. Experience shows that kids experience joy and emotional growth when they are allowed to freely play, experiment, express their hypotheses and ideas and express themselves in various activities. Joy and a positive emotional background help to strengthen self-confidence and perseverance in achieving learning goals. Later, it will bear fruit in a motivated and creative work within the framework of schooling.

In order to support the interests of children, the Russian International School curriculum presupposes a flexible educational planning aimed at balancing the child's own (research, search, play, etc.) activities, and the activities of an adult enriching the child's experience and supporting their efforts to develop their own world.
