KINDERGARDEN

INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMME

The international RIS programme is based on the English national programme: EARLY YEARS FOUNDATION STAGE OF ENGLISH NATIONAL CURRICULUM, which presupposes the standards of education and upbringing for children from birth to 5 years of age.

Hundreds of kindergardens and schools around the world use EYFS; by studying this programme, your child can always continue studying anywhere in the world.

The priority of the English programme is a holistic approach to the upbringing of children, their harmonious relations with people and the world around them. The personal, social and emotional well-being of the child is brought to the forefront in education and upbringing. The development of self-reliance, self-esteem and self-confidence is also an integral part of the programme.

Classes in this programme are based on specially organized games. Main areas of training:

  • language and communication;
  • physical development;
  • personal, social and emotional development;
  • literacy;
  • mathematics;
  • understanding the world;
  • expressive art and design.

In addition, for more effective teaching of children (from 3 years old) of reading and writing, RIS teachers use the Jolly Phonics programme.

Jolly Phonics is the foundation for complete mastery of English reading and writing. The synthetic phonic method used to teach the sounds of English is multisensory and, at the same time, entertaining.

Independent studies show that children who study reading and writing according to the Jolly Phonics scheme go one year ahead of their chronological age, as well as their peers, on average by 12 months. Moreover, both boys and girls do well in literacy equally.
